Где ты был? Бегал...*

Saturday started with a fast, fast orienteering in Shoreline near CC: 4.75 km, 33:52 my time. Met some other AR people whom I had outrun, no idea about the late starters - Nikolay and Eric, they must have beaten me.

The map: we were warned about it being old and not up to date, in reality some controls seemed misplaced, but the overall density of them did not give the possibility of being lost for long time - I made possibly 2 one minute mistakes.
Heartrate was way too high and I had to hear the Garmin Forerunner 305 noise saying "heartrate too high" several times. Very annoying. I switched it on some 10-15 minutes in the run.

This is how my route looked like (image way too large):

Bridle trails run started at three. I ate teriyaki fried rice lunch at 2. Kids, do not repeat this! I had to almost stop once in the run, but then again, could continue. Run was ok, except for the teriyaki and me being stupid for the first lap - I carried my bag with 3l of water. Time - 40 minutes per lap, some 1:20:something total. Result ok, feeling inside certainly was not.

Bridle trails heartrate (see the spike? 192, stupid me - with a backpack)):

I met lots of nice people there - see gallery at here.

The route:

Final conclusion - hamstrings hurt in their upper ending.

* Where were you? I was running. (In Russian, a reference to a short movie discussing wet tshirts and running).
